These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through CenterCaps.com. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

1. Products

CenterCaps.com sells wheel centre caps, wheel components, replacement parts, accessories, and related products. Products may include new, remanufactured, reproduced, custom-made, aftermarket, or replacement items.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, products sold on CenterCaps.com are not original manufacturer parts and are not produced by the original vehicle or wheel manufacturer. Brand names, vehicle names, wheel names, part numbers, and trademarks may be used only for compatibility, identification, and reference purposes.

All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. CenterCaps.com and Protosfera d.o.o. are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BBS, Alpina, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, or any other third-party brand unless expressly stated.

2. Compatibility and Fitment

Product compatibility information is provided in good faith based on available data, measurements, previous experience, and customer feedback. However, many classic wheels and vehicles have been modified, repaired, refinished, repainted, widened, restored, or fitted with non-original components over time.

The customer is responsible for checking product dimensions, wheel model, part number, mounting method, and compatibility before placing an order. When in doubt, the customer should contact us before ordering and provide photos, measurements, wheel markings, and any relevant information.

A product is not considered defective only because it does not fit a modified, damaged, repaired, non-original, incorrectly identified, or previously altered wheel.

3. Product Appearance, Colour, and Tolerances

Product photos are for reference. Small differences in colour, surface finish, texture, gloss, machining marks, 3D-printing layer lines, coating, polishing, or material appearance may occur.

For centre caps and visible wheel parts, colour matching is recommended before final installation. We do not guarantee exact colour match with old, faded, polished, repainted, powder-coated, restored, or custom-finished wheels.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, small manufacturing tolerances, surface differences, and minor cosmetic variations that do not prevent normal use are not considered defects.

4. Orders

By placing an order, the customer confirms that all provided information is complete and accurate. This includes billing details, delivery address, e-mail address, phone number, product selection, quantity, and any custom specifications.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund an order if:


  • the product is unavailable;

  • the listed price or product information contains an obvious error;

  • payment is not completed;

  • the order appears fraudulent or abusive;

  • the customer provided incomplete or incorrect information;

  • production of a custom item is not technically possible.

An order is accepted only after payment is received and the order is confirmed.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown on the website in the selected currency. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

For customers outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, and other local charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping price unless expressly stated.

The products remain the property of Protosfera d.o.o. until full payment has been received.

6. Production Time and Availability

Some products may be produced after the order is placed. Stated production times and lead times are estimates only and may vary depending on workload, material availability, finishing process, order quantity, or technical requirements.

A delay in production or delivery does not automatically give the customer the right to compensation, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the address is correct and complete.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, strikes, weather, incorrect delivery details, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a parcel is returned because the customer provided an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed to collect the parcel, or did not respond to the courier, the customer may be charged for additional shipping costs.

For non-EU shipments, customs delays are outside our control.

8. Transport Damage

The customer should inspect the parcel upon delivery. If the parcel is visibly damaged, the customer should report the damage to the carrier immediately and keep the packaging.

Transport damage claims should be sent to us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging, label, damaged product, and any carrier report. Delayed reporting may make it more difficult or impossible to claim compensation from the carrier.

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

9. Installation and Use

Products must be installed carefully and correctly. The customer is responsible for ensuring proper installation, correct fitment, and safe use.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, excessive force, unsuitable tools, improper cleaning chemicals, overtightening, impact, heat, motorsport use, road debris, wheel damage, or modification of the product after delivery.

If the customer is not sure how to install a product, installation should be performed by a qualified person.

10. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If the customer is a consumer located in the European Union, they may have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact us within the withdrawal period and clearly state that they wish to withdraw from the purchase.

The product must be returned unused, undamaged, clean, complete, and in suitable packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received and inspected, or until the customer provides proof of return shipment.

If the product has been used, damaged, installed, scratched, modified, painted, polished, glued, cut, altered, or returned incomplete, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss of value.

11. Exceptions to Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, to the extent permitted by law, to goods that are:


  • made to the customer’s specifications;

  • custom-made;

  • personalised;

  • specially ordered;

  • produced in a custom colour, size, design, finish, material, or configuration selected by the customer;

  • modified at the customer’s request.

For such products, cancellation may not be possible once production, preparation, or ordering of materials has started.

12. Business Customers

If the customer orders as a business, company, reseller, workshop, trader, or professional user, the order is considered a business-to-business transaction.

For business customers, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by mandatory law. The right of consumer withdrawal does not apply to business customers.

Business customers must inspect the products immediately upon receipt and report any visible defect, incorrect product, or delivery issue without delay.

13. Returns

Before returning any product, the customer must contact us and receive return instructions. Products returned without prior notice may be refused or delayed.

Returned products must be packed safely. The customer is responsible for the product until it is delivered back to us.

Shipping costs, customs costs, import taxes, payment processing fees, and other third-party costs are non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise or unless the return is caused by our confirmed error.

14. Incorrect, Defective, or Missing Products

If the customer receives an incorrect, defective, or incomplete product, they must contact us and provide:


  • order number;

  • clear photos of the product;

  • photos of the packaging;

  • description of the issue;

  • relevant measurements, where fitment is disputed.

If the claim is confirmed, we may, depending on the case and legal requirements, offer repair, replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable solution.

The customer must not continue installation or use of a product after discovering a possible defect. Continued use may cause further damage and may affect the available remedy.

15. Warranty and Limitations

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:


  • indirect damage;

  • loss of profit;

  • loss of business;

  • loss of vehicle use;

  • workshop costs;

  • installation or removal costs;

  • paintwork, refinishing, or colour-matching costs;

  • damage caused by incorrect installation;

  • damage caused by use on unsuitable or modified wheels;

  • damage caused by normal wear and tear.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

16. Custom and Development Work

For custom-made products, prototypes, special fitment work, and non-standard requests, the customer accepts that additional adjustment, testing, sanding, painting, coating, or fitting work may be required.

Custom work is based on the information provided by the customer. We are not responsible for incorrect results caused by inaccurate measurements, wrong wheel identification, unclear photos, missing information, or changes made by the customer after production has started.

17. Intellectual Property

All website content, product photos, product descriptions, drawings, CAD models, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials on CenterCaps.com are owned by or licensed to Protosfera d.o.o., unless stated otherwise.

The customer may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, scrape, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

18. Reviews, Photos, and Customer Content

If the customer sends us product photos, installation photos, feedback, or reviews, they grant us permission to use that content for customer support, marketing, website display, social media, and product improvement, unless they clearly state otherwise in writing.

We may remove or refuse content that is abusive, false, misleading, unlawful, or infringes third-party rights.

19. Privacy and Personal Data

We process personal data only as necessary to handle orders, payment, shipping, customer service, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and website operation.

20. Written Consumer Complaints

Consumers may submit a written complaint by e-mail to [insert e-mail address] or by post to:

The complaint should include the customer’s name, contact details, order number, description of the issue, and any relevant evidence.

We will respond to consumer complaints in writing within the legally required period.

21. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, transport disruption, customs delays, supplier delays, machine failure, cyberattacks, power outages, changes in law, or other force majeure events.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version valid at the time of order applies to that order.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain valid.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

For business customers, the competent court is the court with jurisdiction over the registered seat of Protosfera d.o.o., unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

For consumers, this does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in the consumer’s country of residence.
