1. Made-to-Order Products

Most products sold on CenterCaps.com are made, prepared, finished, machined, printed, coated, assembled, or adapted only after the customer places an order.

This includes, but is not limited to, wheel centre caps, custom or replacement wheel parts, caps selected for a specific wheel model, parts selected by dimension, colour, finish, material, configuration, fitment, or customer-provided compatibility information.

Because these products are made per order for the customer, they may not be suitable for resale as standard stock items.

2. No Right of Withdrawal for Custom or Made-to-Order Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:


  • made to the customer’s specifications;

  • or made per order based on the customer’s choice;


  • produced or adapted for a specific wheel model, vehicle model, part number, or customer-provided fitment requirement;

  • modified, painted, polished, coated, machined, 3D printed, assembled, or finished after the order is placed...

For these products, cancellation, return, or refund is not possible once production, preparation, ordering of materials, finishing, or custom work has started, unless the product is confirmed by us to be defective or incorrect.

3. Standard In-Stock Products

If a product is a standard, pre-manufactured, non-custom, in-stock item, and if we expressly confirm that it is eligible for return, EU consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact us clearly by e-mail at:

The customer must include:


  • order number;

  • full name;

  • product name;

  • delivery address;

  • clear statement that they wish to withdraw from the purchase.

The customer must send the product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of the withdrawal.

4. Return Approval Required

All returns must be approved by us before the product is shipped back.

Products sent back without prior approval may be refused, delayed, or returned to the sender at the customer’s cost.

Return instructions will be provided by e-mail after the return request is reviewed.

5. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be:


  • unused;

  • uninstalled;

  • undamaged;

  • clean;

  • complete;

  • in original or equivalent protective packaging;

  • returned with all included parts, accessories, screws, emblems, rings, inserts, adapters, or other components.

Products cannot be returned if they have been:


  • installed or test-fitted with visible marks;

  • scratched, bent, cracked, broken, sanded, painted, polished, coated, glued, cut, drilled, modified, or otherwise altered;

  • damaged by incorrect handling, incorrect installation, excessive force, tools, chemicals, heat, impact, or improper storage;

  • returned incomplete;

  • returned in packaging that causes damage during transport.

If a returned product has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and function, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible returns where the customer exercises a legal right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless mandatory law provides otherwise or unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

The customer is responsible for safe packaging and for the product until it is delivered back to us.

We recommend using tracked and insured shipping. We are not responsible for returned products lost or damaged in transit.

7. Refunds

For approved eligible returns, refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product, or after the customer provides valid proof of return shipment, where required by law.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method where reasonably possible, unless another method is agreed.

We may deduct:


  • loss of product value caused by handling, use, installation, damage, or incomplete return;

  • additional shipping costs caused by the customer choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option;

  • costs caused by incorrect customer information, failed delivery, refused delivery, or uncollected parcels;

  • customs, import duties, brokerage fees, and other third-party charges, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Shipping costs for returning the product are not refunded unless required by law or unless the return is caused by our confirmed error.

8. Incorrect or Defective Products

If the customer believes that the product is defective or that the wrong product was delivered, they must contact us at:

The customer should provide:


  • order number;

  • clear description of the issue;

  • photos of the product;

  • photos of the packaging;

  • photos showing the fitment issue, where applicable;

  • measurements, wheel markings, part numbers, or other relevant information.

The customer must not continue installation or use after noticing a possible defect. Continued use, forced installation, modification, sanding, painting, polishing, or repair by the customer may affect the available remedy.

If we confirm that the product is defective or incorrect, we may offer, depending on the case and applicable law:


  • repair;

  • replacement;

  • missing part delivery;

  • partial refund;

  • full refund.

For defective products, return shipping will be handled according to applicable law.

9. Compatibility and Fitment Issues

The customer is responsible for checking compatibility before ordering.

Many wheels, especially classic, restored, modified, refinished, widened, repaired, or aftermarket wheels, may differ from original factory specifications. Product names, wheel names, vehicle names, part numbers, and compatibility references are provided in good faith for identification purposes only.

A product is not considered defective only because it does not fit a wheel that was incorrectly identified, modified, repaired, damaged, refinished, repainted, powder coated, fitted with non-original components, or different from the expected specification.

If the customer is unsure about fitment, they should contact us before ordering and provide photos, dimensions, wheel markings, and relevant part numbers.

10. Colour, Finish, and Cosmetic Differences

Small differences in colour, texture, gloss, machining marks, 3D-printing layer lines, coating, surface finish, polishing, raw material appearance, or shade are normal and are not considered defects if the product is functional.

Exact colour matching with old, faded, polished, restored, painted, powder-coated, or custom-finished wheels is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Customer-selected colour, finish, or coating options are treated as custom or made-to-order choices and are not returnable unless defective or incorrect.

11. Order Cancellation Before Production

Customers may request cancellation before production, preparation, finishing, machining, printing, coating, material ordering, or custom work has started.

Cancellation is not guaranteed. If work has already started, we may refuse cancellation or deduct costs already incurred.

For made-to-order products, once production or preparation has started, the order cannot usually be cancelled or refunded unless required by law.

12. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned because the customer refused delivery, failed to collect it, provided an incorrect or incomplete address, did not respond to the courier, or failed to pay import charges, this is not treated as a normal return.

In such cases, we may deduct from any possible refund:


  • original shipping cost;

  • return shipping cost;

  • courier fees;

  • storage fees;

  • customs or import-related charges;

  • payment processing costs;

  • loss of value;

  • costs related to made-to-order production.

For made-to-order products, refusal or failure to collect the parcel does not create a right to cancel the order or receive a refund.

13. Business Customers

If the customer purchases as a company, reseller, workshop, trader, professional, or for business purposes, the purchase is considered a business-to-business transaction.

For business customers, all sales are final unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing or unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.

Business customers must inspect products immediately upon receipt and report any issue without delay.

14. Return Address

Approved returns must be sent only after receiving return instructions.

15. Written Consumer Complaints

Consumers may submit a written complaint by e-mail or post:

The complaint should include the customer’s name, order number, contact details, description of the issue, and relevant evidence.

We will respond to written consumer complaints within the legally required period.

16. Model Withdrawal Statement for Eligible Non-Custom Products

This form may be used only where the legal right of withdrawal applies.

17. Final Notes

This Return Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under Croatian or EU law.

If any part of this Return Policy is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain valid.
